DAY-OF COORDINATION

For the couple that have booked their venue and vendors and have lined up their décor. Now, they need someone to execute their vision so they can enjoy their day.We like to take the reins at least one week before the wedding, but would love to walk through the venue with you as soon as you book us and are happy to start working with you up to 8 weeks before your wedding.

What’s Included

• Initial consultation and in-person meetings as necessary as well as unlimited email communication

• Vendor confirmation and check-in, logistics management and confirmation of deliveries

• Ceremony and reception site walk-through

• Vendor contract review and vendor correspondence in month leading up to wedding

• Detailed timeline creation and confirmation with all involved

• Attendance and assistance with your wedding rehearsal (1-2 days before wedding)

• Two coordinators supervising the wedding day for the entire event

• Set-up and tear-down of rentals and décor (details agreed upon before event

PARTIAL PLANNING

For the couple that have booked their venue and caterer and a DJ or photographer who need help securing the rest of their vendors and executing their wedding vision. You started the planning - let us take care of the rest so you can focus on getting married!
