We like to take the reins at least one week before the wedding, but would love to walk through the venue with you as soon as you book us and are happy to start working with you up to 8 weeks before your wedding.

Initial consultation and in-person meetings as necessary as well as unlimited email communication
Vendor confirmation and check-in, logistics management and confirmation of deliveries
Ceremony and reception site walk-through
Vendor contract review and vendor correspondence in month leading up to wedding
Detailed timeline creation and confirmation with all involved
Attendance and assistance with your wedding rehearsal (1-2 days before wedding)
Two coordinators supervising the wedding day for the entire event

Partial Planning

Maybe you have a venue and date already and some major vendors, such as caterers and bartenders, but still need help with the details. Isabel and Peony will work with you to bring your vision to life and help you find the best vendor team to make your design a reality.

Decor Design

Need help with theme? Colors? Transforming your space? Let us help you set the stage for your dream day. We will survey your venue and work with you to come up with a plan personalized to your aesthetic, needs, and budget. We love to create beautiful events.
Set-up and tear down of decor
Use of our decor items (vases, votives, etc.)
Up to 24 hours of creating decor specific to your event (additional hours $25 per hour)
Sourcing decor rentals (tenting, furniture, etc.)

Let us help you host the perfect event! We'll work with you and your daughter to create the party you envision.
Event planning from start to finish, including finding the perfect space for the celebration and finding the right vendors, including contract negotiations, review, and meeting deadlines
Ensure that everything is set up perfectly and act as point of contact for your vendor arrival
Create a room diagram and a timeline for the event and keep the event moving and on schedule
